ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN
We are geared to provide our clients with practical designs & solutions because we
maintain simplicity in our approach and ensure an ongoing affinity with our clients.
Our services cover all aspects of design conceptualisation to overseeing on-site construction and commissioning. We
cover the full spectrum of services: feasibility and architectural and engineering programming, design development up to
design implementation, project management and architectural certification.
Our group engages experienced full-time registered professional Architects and Engineers who are committed to a hands-on
collaborative working process and simultaneously coordinate the design development schedule of the project.
We are exceptional because our team consists of employees of mixed cultures with extensive experience in architecture, engineering, hospital operations and waste management. This enables our team to have a full appreciation of health care designs, guidelines and waste management standards and protocols all of which are incorporated in designing hospitals, nursing homes, and other allied medical facilities. This further assists our clients in controlling their budget and can save unnecessary engagement of third parties.

WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR HOSPITALS
Healthcare is one of the most important services provided
to people.
One key aspect of healthcare, of importance to
healthcare workers, patients, and the communities in
which the facilities are located, is Waste Management.
Poor waste management results in compromised patient
care with increased risk of nosocomial infection, health
risks for health care workers and the surrounding
communities and environmental pollution.
Hospitals and health service providers must recognize the
need for a uniform and comprehensive code of practice
and guidelines for waste management. Currently, there is
a gap between the acknowledgement of this requirement
and its implementation. For a large part, this may be due
to limited access to information and know-how for the
implementation of best practice. |
